Double Alternating Push Press
Pick a weight that feels challenging and possibly doable unbroken.

Equipment: two weights like dumbbells, kettlebells, bottles of water.

Weighted Speed Skaters
Options: perform without weight.

🤰 option to perform Curtsy Lunges.
Equipment: single weight like a dumbbell, kettlebell, bottle of water.

Lateral Jumps
Options: jump with two feet together —> hop over the object like a skip.

💪/🤰 perform Lateral Step-overs.
Equipment: jump over whatever weight you’re using for the other 2 movements.
