- Stand between them with feet under shoulders.
- Hold a weight with both hands at chest level.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Step left foot back and across the body, placing your weight in your right foot.
- Return to center.
- Switch arms.

The Finish
- Standing up between both markers with a weight held in both arms.
