✅ The Set-up
- Stand upright with feet underneath your hips.
- Arms bent at a 90 degree angle at your sides.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Start jogging in place, pulling your heels to your butt.
- Continue back-and-forth with feet moving as fast as possible.
✅ The Finish
- Knee pointed down towards the ground with heel near to or touching your butt.
