- Lay on belly on ground
- Feet together with toes pointed, arms straight out to the sides in a T position
- Lift chest and thighs off the ground
- Squeeze your butt and pinch shoulder blades back
- Elevate your body so only your stomach/pelvis are on the ground
- Lift arms and chest off of the ground, squeeze/pinch shoulder blades together
- Maintain T position, lay back down on the ground & repeat
