✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet underneath your shoulders, arms held to the sides.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Jump feet outside of shoulders.
- Move arms from the sides of your body to straight up overhead, clapping in the middle.
- Return feet back to underneath you, arms to the sides.
✅ The Finish
- Landing a jump with feet to the outsides of the shoulders, arms straight raised above your head.
