Lateral Jumps

Sometimes our workouts are so tough that you can't walk straight, so we have you jumping from side to side.

- Stand with feet under hips
- Standing next to an object
- Lean chest forward and hips back
- Throw arms forward, extend hips and jump UP and SIDEWAYS with two-feet jumping over the object
- Repeat and jump other direction
