Floor Presses
Pick a moderate weight where you can do at least 15-20 reps unbroken. It should NOT be a super light where you do all 100 reps without stopping. 🙅‍♀️

Options: adjust to 75 reps.
🤰 perform 75 Floor or Seated Presses if unable to lay, partition as needed.
Equipment: barbell, pair of dumbbells/kettlebells/bottles or cans, backpack --> Only have one dumbbell or kettlebell? Perform 60 Single-arm per side, finish all one side before you switch.

Russian Twists

Pick an option where you can do at least 25-30 reps unbroken. This should feel challenging, but you should still be able to do big sets.

Options: perfrorm with no weight, just hands touching the ground side-to-side.
💪 perform 75 reps.
🤰 perform 75 Seated Side Reaches, partition as needed.
Equipment: single weight to hold between hands (dumbbell, kettlbell, backpack).

Weighted Sit-ups
Pick an option where you can do 8 reps unbroken.

Options: perform 5-6 reps --> perform unweighted.
💪 perform 5-8 reps with no weight.
🤰 perform no penalty, instead, perform a Buy In/Out of 10 Seated Pelvic Tilts (for quality).
