Snatches
Use a medium weight that you can maybe start unbroken but will probably have to be broken up deeper into the workout.
Options: Hang Snatches
Equipment: use a barbell for regular snatches or a single weight for single-arm snatches; like a dumbbell, kettlebell, jug of water

Single-unders
Options: adjust to 10-20 reps.
💪 perform 15-sec. of practice reps.
No Rope? Perform T-Jumps.

Sit-ups
Options: perform with your legs straight forward or butterfly out to the sides.
💪 perform 75-reps total.
