✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet underneath your shoulders.
- Then, balance all of your bodyweight on one foot.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Jump up and down with a straight torso - squeeze your butt/legs and drive through your calves.
- Continue on one leg for a few reps then switch sides.

- Landing a successful jump, landing on one leg.
