Single-Arm Hang Snatch

The dumbbell snatch is just like a regular snatch, except the movements start above the knees. But we can still summon your He-Man powers!

- Feet in squat stance, start with weight in one arm between the legs at level of hips
- Grip can be palm facing the body or facing opposite arm
- Hinge at hips with butt back/flat back/knees soft
- Stand & jump weight overhead with elbow high and outside close to body (not forward)
- Punch at lockout with elbow next to ear
