This can be done with a real rope or imaginary rope. Our imaginary rope is usually made of red licorice.

- Hold a jump rope handle in each hand
- Rotate the rope forward using the wrists while simultaneously jumping upwards with two feet at a time
- Keep ankles together, squeeze butt, chest up, elbows in
