Single-Unders

This can be done with a real rope or imaginary rope. Our imaginary rope is usually made of red licorice.

✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet underneath your shoulders.
- Hands at waist level with elbows in, holding jump rope handles.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Jump up and down with a straight torso - squeeze your butt/legs and drive through your calves.
- Rope passes around your body once while you're in mid air.

The Finish
- Landing a successful jump with the rope passing around the body.

🧢 Coaching Tips! Pinch shoulder blades back while you spin the rope.
