✅ The Set-up
- Get into a crawling position on with hands and feet, placed shoulder width.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Take small steps forward with your hands and feet.
- Stiff-legged = legs pretty straight, knees almost locked, butt up higher.
- Regular = knees more bent, butt down lower.
✅ The Finish
- The same crawling position on your hands and feet, but after you've traveled some distance.
