Box Jumps Pick an easy-medium difficulty where you can go pretty steadily, but is still challenging.
Options: perform 22 reps → perform Step-ups. 🤰 perform Toe Taps, each side. Equipment: box, chair, or stool to jump onto → no equipment: perform Facing Jump-overs.
Chair Dips Pick a difficulty where you can do sets of 7-10 at a time.
Options: perform with straight legs out in front → perform with bent knees, using more or less of your feet to help offset. Equipment: chair, bench, or couch.
Woman-makers Use a weight you can move pretty smoothly with, on the lighter side.
