Options: adjust to 6-8 reps or perform Kick-backs.
💪 perform 5 Burpees + 5 Kick-backs (cap at 45-sec.)
🤰 perform 8 Elevated Burpees.

Renegade Rows
Options: perform on knees —> adjust to 12-16 reps.
🤰 perform Single-arm Supported Rows, 10 reps each side.

V-ups
Options: adjust to 10-15 reps —> perform Tuck-ups.
💪 perform Lying Leg Raises.
🤰 perform Seated Knee Lifts, with the option of adding weight on top of each leg, 10 reps each side.
