Renegade Rows

The story goes that the renegade row was originally a bent over row, but left their organizational beliefs, went rogue, and is now it's own movement.

- Start in plank position with hands underneath the shoulders holding DB/KB handles
- Feet underneath the hips or slightly wider under shoulders
- Squeeze butt/quads and suck belly button in while pulling one DB upwards
- Elbows in and making a 90 degree angle
- Knuckles touching the belly
- Return object to the ground
- Then switch arms, actively pressing away from the ground with the supporting arm
