Lateral Burpees Pick an option you can finish in at least 5 minutes or less.
Options: adjust to 25 reps —> perform for max reps in 3-min. —> step/hop over the object instead of two foot take-off —> perform Kick-backs instead of Burpees. 🤰 perform 25 Elevated Burpees.
Power Cleans Pick a medium weigh where you're able to do at least the first round unbroken and may have to break up the last couple sets.
