Big jumps and little jumps today. There are two parts, each part with a different kind of jump. Your job on the first part is to complete all of the Box Jump Overs (I said Box Jumps in the video, oops) then after you're done with that you'll immediately go into the second part, which has 50 Double-unders/Single-unders (I said 100 in the video, double oops!). We also have a new movement today, Double-arm Swings, which is pretty much regular swings, but with two objects.

Try your best to move the entire time for both with minimal rest.

Box Jump-overs
Pick an option that is challenging, but still doable for 50 reps. This doesn't have to be unbroken, but you should be able to move a consistent pace.

Options: adjust height of Box —> step over box —> adjust number of reps to 30 or cap at 3-min.
🤰 perform low Step-overs.
Equipment: stool, chair, box —> no box? jump over your workout weight for 75 reps.

Double-unders
/Single-unders
Pick an option where you can do all the reps unbroken.

Options: modify to 20-30 reps —> perform as 30-sec. of attempts/practice each round.
No Rope? Sub Doubles with 50 jumps in place with arms held out to the sides (like a T) —> sub Singles with 50 imaginary singles!

Double-arm Swings
Pick an option(s) where you feel resistance, but can still do 8-10 reps without stopping.

‍Options: Single-arm Swings reps per side —> regular Weighted Swings

barbell, pair of dumbbell(s)/kettlebell(s)/bottles, backpack.
