- Hands right outside of legs holding one object with both hands or two weights (one in each hand) hinge at hips
- Back flat with shoulders pinched back (big chest)
- Soft bend at knee, touch ground
- Push ground away
- pen hips once weight is past knees
- Stand, abs on at lockout
