Just like when you're buying your drinks at the bar - always make it a double!! This jump rope movement takes a little more coordination and timing, but with some practice and full-body armor to soften the lashings, you'll get them in no time.

- Feet together (under hips)
- Squeeze butt
- Shoulders pinched back (big chest)
- Elbows in
- Flick of the wrist to revolve rope 2x around body
