Sprints‍

Options: reduce duration to 10-15 sec. or whatever you can maintain a 9+ out of 10!
Beginners: perform at a hard, but not sprint pace (7-8 out of 10) for 8-10 rounds, or until you feel the pace start to drop off.

Additional Rest‍

If you are not feeling FULLY rested before each interval, increase to 90-sec.

- 8-10 Staggered-stance Hip HInge, each side
