The Set-up
- Stand with feet shoulder width in a quarter squat (butt back, knees out tracking toes).

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Staying in a quarter squat, take small/choppy steps to the right, keeping feet moving fast, not crossing over one another.
- Then switch directions and have the left foot lead.

The Finish
- SIn a quarter squat position with butt back after having shuffled!
