The Set-up
- Stand with feet shoulder width.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Point one toe towards the ground while supporting your bodyweight on the other leg.
- Make large circles in both directions.
- Switch sides.

The Finish
- After you've finished a number of full rotations on each side.
