Supinated Bent Over Rows
💪  adjust to 10 reps
🤰perform 8 Single-arm Supinated Bent Rows per side
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack, bottles of water.

Rear-foot Elevated Deadlifts
Choose an elevation height and weight that will challenge you, but where you can still do majority of the reps unbroken.

💪 adjust to 6 reps
🤰perform Staggered-stance Deadlifts
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack, bottles of water. Something to elevate your leg like a chair, stool, or box.
