✅ The Set-up
- Stand upright with feet in wide, sumo stance, outside out of shoulders.
- Feet slightly toed out.
- Option to hold a weight at the shoulder level.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Slowly lean forward with shoulder blades pinched, knees soft and driving out.
- Go down as far as possible while keeping a flat back, stopping at a 90 degree angle.
- Stand upright.
✅ The Finish
- Standing fully with knees, hips, and shoulders in a straight line.
