The Set-up
- Stand with your feet under hips with a low, flat surface (1-2") in front of you.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Jump with two feet onto the surface.
- Jump back down.
- Perofrm as quickly as possible keeping the weight of the movement in the ball of your foot.

The Finish
- Standing at the top of an elevated surface, feet together.
