- Stand with feet under hips facing an elevated surface
- Lift one knee towards your chest, step fully onto surface
- Drive off of entire foot (heel, mid foot, toes)
- Squeeze butt to stand up fully, opposite (non-working leg) makes contact with the box
- Slowly lower yourself down using the same foot as you stood up with
