Single-unders/Double-unders
Pick an option you can do unbroken and fast.

Options: perform Doubles β€”> half Doubles, half Singles β€”> all Singles β€”> perform 30-sec. of jump rope practice reps.
πŸ’ͺ perform 30 Jumping Jacks.
🀰 perform Toe Taps, total.
No Equipment Option: jump in place with arms held out to the sides in a T β€”> hold your arms to the side in a W (elbows tucked in).

Snatches
Pick a medium weight that you can move through the reps, but will definitely feel challenging in the later rounds as you have to do more.

Options: perform Hang Snatches.

Equipment: barbell/backpack (hold with two hands), or as a single-arm movement with dumbbell, kettlebell, or bottle.
