Back/Front/Overhead Squats
Pick an option that will challenge you. Something where you might be able to do the reps unbroken in the beginning, but will have to possibly break things up towards the end.

Options: perform 12-10-8 reps.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), or backpack
💪 option to adjust Overhead Squats to Overhead Lunges, total reps.

Sit-ups
Options: Leg position can be bent, straight, butterfly, or Anchored Sit-ups.

💪 Additional Options
- Perform 2 Rounds for Quality, not time.
- Add in 60-sec. rest between rounds.

🤰 Version
As Many Rounds as Possible in 15-min.
