- Stand with feet in wide, sumo stance, outside of the shoulders.
- Feet slightly toed out.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Sit back and down, preferably below parallel.
- Then, stand.

The Finish
- Standing fully with knees, hips, and shoulders in a straight line.
