Probably one of the hardest moves on the planet. These involve flexibility, balance, strength, and major mobility - SUPER FUN!

- Feet in shoulder-width stance
- Support a weight overhead in one hand
- Actively pushing up with elbows locked out
- Sit butt back and down
- Driving knees out over toes until hip crease goes below knees
- Actively pushing up on weight the entire movement to stabilize overhead
