Back Squats

Take your squats to the next level. Use anything you have around the house; a back pack, a monkey, anything will do!

The Set-up
- Stand with feet shoulder width, slightly toed out.
- Hold a weight behind the neck on the shoulders, elbows underneath.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Sit butt back and down, driving knees out, below parallel.
- Stand

The Finish
- Standing fully with knees, hips, and shoulders in a straight line, weight still on your back.
