✅ The Set-up
- Lie on your back with a knees bent, arms to the sides.
- Place toes/feet underneath a weighted object.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Throw your arms up towards your feet, sitting up to where chest meets your knees.
- Lower yourself back to the ground slowly.
✅ The Finish
- Lying back down to the ground where you started with arms overhead and legs straight.
