Half Man-makers
Use something light where you can do 5-7 reps in a row without stopping.

Options: perform on knees → perform with single weight, or with no weight .
💪 perform 50 reps, cap at 15-min.
Equipment: dumbbell(s). kettlebell(s), jugs of water.

Side Plank
Options: perform on hands or elbows → knees or toes → Elevated Side Plank.

40 Single-arm Supported Rows, each side
40 Elevated Push-ups

*At the top of each minute, perform 10-sec. Elevated Side Plank, each side (20-sec. total).
*Partition the 40 + 40 reps as needed.
