Be careful going into the jump after the squats, our mine might be ready, but your legs might not agree, so just take an extra second to recover.

Back Squat
Use a moderate weight that feels challenging, but still doable for at least the first two sets. It's okay if it feels harder and you have to break it more as the workout progresses.
