Pick an option where you do at least 15-20 unbroken.

💪 adjust to 30-reps.
🤰 perform 30 Legs-only Deadbugs.
Equipment: weight/object to anchor the feet.

Double Burpees
Pick an option where you can move relatively fast.

Options: perform 3-reps.
💪 perform Push-ups.
🤰 perform 6 Elevated Push-ups.

Deadlifts
Pick an option that you can do unbroken, but still feel challenged.

Options: use a heavier or lighter weight.
💪/🤰 perform Deadlift to the knees instead of ground.
