Workouts are a great way to brighten up our June gloom. Today, we have a combo of movements to give us a nice well rounds full body workout. For the first part, use a med-heavy weight on the Deadlifts - it should start to feel heavy towards those last reps. If you don't have a band for Banded Rows, you can sub with Bent Over Rows instead. For the Power Cleans, use a medium weight, these will catch up to you quickly.
