Today we have Floor Presses to get our pump on and lots of jumping to get your heart rate up! If you have a bench, fire it up with some Bench Presses! Your goal today is to try and get the jumping done in big chunks. Use a weight that will challenge you on the Floor Presses, something that you will definiltey have to break up.
