Break up the reps however you want!

Options: perform on your knee or toes.

🤰 perform 20 Elevated Side Plank Rotations, total.

Lateral Lunges
Break up the reps however you want!

Options: only go down as far as possible → perform with or without weight.

Chair Dips
Options: perform with straight legs or bent knees → perform with both feet on the ground or one foot elevated.
🔥 perform Dips Between Chairs.
Equipment: chair, stool, bench, stairs, couch.
