Dips Between Chairs

Chairs can be for dipping and not just sitting!

- Place body between two chairs
- Place hands on the chair bottom directly to the sides of your shoulders
- Shoulders over hands at top, pushing up to get tall (think shoulders down while locked out)
- Chest comes forward
- Lower to 90 (front of shoulder is at the level of the elbow)
- Press out keeping elbows into sides
