Single-arm Hang Power Clean/Wood Choppers
Use a light-medium weight you can do unbroken.

💪/🤰 perform 16-reps.
Equipment: single weight like a dumbbell, kettlebell, backpack, bottle of water.

Hand-release Push-ups
Pick a difficulty where you can do sets of 5-10 in a row.

Options: adjust to 75-rep goal → perform regular Push-ups.
💪/🤰 perform Elevated Push-ups.
