Anchored Sit-ups Try to move through the entire set at a steady pace.
Options: perform using more or less leg assistance. 💪 adjust to 30-reps. 🤰 perform 30 Legs-only Deadbugs. Equipment: weight/object to anchor the feet.
Double Burpee These should be steady, yet hard. Challenge your Push-up.
Options: perform 3-4 reps. 💪 perform regular Burpees, focusing on a perfect Push-up. 🤰 perform 8 Elevated Push-ups.
Deadlifts Pick a medium weight that allows you to do all 12-reps in a row, but gets hard around rep 8.
Options: use a heavier or lighter weight. 💪/🤰 perform Deadlift to the knees instead of ground. Equipment: barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells.
