Options: perform Doubles → half Doubles, half Singles → all Singles → perform 30-sec. of jump rope practice reps.

No Equipment Option: jump in place with arms held out to the sides in a T → hold your arms to the side in a W (elbows tucked in).
Pick a medium weight that you can move through the reps, but will definitely feel challenging in the later rounds as you have to do more.
Options: perform Hang Snatches.

Equipment: barbell/backpack (hold with two hands), or as a single-arm movement with dumbbell, kettlebell, or bottle.
