Sit-ups
Options: adjust to 10 reps in part 1, then 30 reps in part 2.
💪 option to perform Anchored Sit-ups.
🤰 perform Lateral Side Bends, 10-reps in the 3 rounds and 30-reps in the 1 round.
🔥 Weighted Sit-ups.

Goblet Squats
Options: perform Air Squats.
Equipment: single dumbbell, kettlebell, or backpack.

Devil's Press
Options:  perform Push-up portion of the Burpee on your knees.
💪 perform the Devil's Press with a Kick-back instead of a full Burpee.
🤰 perform weighted Ground-to-overhead.
Equipment: pair of dumbbells, kettlebells, or a backpack.
