Option: reduce rep scheme to 3-6-9-12-15-12-9-6-3. 💪 do not go entirely overhead with the Slams, just to head level. 🤰 widen stance to accommodate for abdomen if needed or perform Weighted Swings. Equipment: one weight like dumbbell or backpack.
