Another year, another CrossFit Open, at-home style. Yes, there are some similar movement patterns to Wednesday's workout, but it's not my fault since the Open workouts are not announced until Thursday. It's like Kelly Clarkson says, ""what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"". At least today's workout is time capped at 14 minutes!
