Better than cleaning the bathroom!
- Feet under hips, with a hinge at hips, back flat with shoulders pinched back (big chest)
- Soft bend at knee, weights are touching the ground
- Stand and push ground away
- Open hips once weight is past knees
- Jump weight to shoulders with elbow high and outside close to body (not forward)
- Landing in a full squat position
- Stand up, squeeze abs and butt at top
