Bulgarian Split Squat
Use a weight and adjust the height of the back leg so that it feels challenging, but you can still go down as low as possible.

Options: perform without weight.

Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.

Weighted Step-ups
Go with a challenging height - prioritize height over weight here.

Equipment: box, chair, stool, bench, stair // barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.
No Equipment Option: perform Lunges.

Mountain Climbers
Pick a difficulty where you can do 20+ reps each round.
