Hang Snatches
Pick a weight that's not to heavy but where you can still feel some resistance.
Options: perform 10-15 reps —> if perform with one small weight, perform as Single-arm Snatches, total reps.
🤰perform as 16 Single-arm Snatches, total
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, jug of water.
Burpees
Pick an option that you can do without hating Coach Janet too much.
Options: adjust to 6-8 reps —> perform 10 Push-ups —> perform 10 Kick-backs.
🤰perform 8 Elevated Burpees.
Front Squats
Pick an option where you can do at least 10-15 reps without stopping.
Options: perform for 45-sec.
💪/🤰 perform 30-sec. Max Reps.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack, jugs of water.

- Rest: 30-60 sec. after each round.
