We've got a good mix of pumpage today. If you don't have a bench, a large medicine ball will be a great option and if you don't have that then, Floor Presses are just as great! You don't have to use the same weight for all movements, but it should be something where you feel resistance. If you have multiple weight options, you can increase as you go as well.
