We have a fun mix of movements today that tackle all the things. For the first EMOM, use a heavy weight that will be challenging for 6 reps. For the second EMOM, use a light-medium weight where you can maintain the quality of the movements and keep it unbroken. The last part is a good mix of bodyweight movements and weighted movements. Use a weight you can maintain a good pace. The reps don't have to be unbroken on this part.
